I’m 45, fueled by sarcasm, determination, and whatever caffeine is closest. I’m a mom to two nearly grown sons, married to an amazing military man, working full time, and currently mastering the fine art of holding life together from a separate province while my spouse is on imposed restriction (I will explain more on that later). Add burnout recovery to the mix, and let’s just say life is keeping things interesting. Somehow, I’m still showing up—with grace, grit, and a well-timed eye roll.
